A day in the life of my meals...

So I figured I should probably post some of my meals, so that you all can tell me how well I am (or am not) doing.

Today - woke up and had a banana before doing The Firm's Cardio Overdrive. Just so you know, I did the entire thing, not the express version. I had my coffee when I got to work (yes, with my beloved Coffee-mate Amaretto creamer). Around 10:30AM I had a piece of low-fat string cheese.

For lunch I had a salad with balsamic dressing, hummus with green & red peppers and carrots, and an orange.

After lunch I had some dry-roasted edamame and low-fat cottage cheese. I've had a couple bottles of water and around 4:30PM I had another cup of coffee.

I still have an apple and some grapes to eat, which I will, and tonight's dinner is scheduled to be whole grain pasta with pepper and caramelized onion tomato sauce - only 90 calories per serving! Yum!

On a side note, my mother emailed me a picture today of my girl eating her M&Ms because she went pee in the potty. I'm so proud! We're starting to make progress with this potty training thing. Or rather, my mom is starting to make progress since she does the majority of the training while we're at work. Can't really say I mind it. :) Thanks Mom!

I find it hysterical that my labels for this post are meals, workouts, and potty training. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

  1. ooooh, dinner sounds yummy! I think it sounds really good! I have a great recipe for a light salad dressing and a great salad if you want it! It's what I eat for lunch every single day! Very filling, and so super healthy!
